All banks – members of the deposit guarantee system in Bulgaria, transferred within the statutory deadline of 31 May 2026 their annual premium contributions for 2026 totaling EUR 88,173,349 to BDIF.

BDIF Management Board with a resolution of 13 March 2026set the lump sum of the annual premium contributions due by the member banks to BDIF for 2026 at EUR 88,173,349 according to the requirements of BNB Ordinance No 30 on Calculation of the Amount of Premium Contributions Due by Banks under the Law on Bank Deposit Guarantee (LBDG).The total amount of contributions to the BDIF for 2025 and 2024 was BGN 152,554,136 (EUR 77,999,691) and BGN 217,325,310 (EUR 111,116,667), respectively. In compliance with Article 14, para 1 of the LBDG and Article 2, para 3 of Ordinance No. 30 not later than 1 May 2026 BDIF Management Board will set the amount of the annual premium contribution due by each bank for 2026, taking into consideration its risk profile and the amount of covered deposits with that bank. By 31 May 2026 according to Article 14, para 5 of the LBDG member banks shall transfer to BDIF the annual premium contribution due.

All banks – members of the deposit guarantee system in Bulgaria, transferred within the statutory deadline of 31 May 2025 their annual premium contributions for 2025 totaling BGN 152 554 136 (EUR 77,999,691) to BDIF.

BDIF Management Board with a resolution of 13 March 2025 set the lump sum of the annual premium contributions due by the member banks to BDIF for 2025 at BGN 152,554,136 (EUR 77,999,691) according to the requirements of BNB Ordinance No 30 on Calculation of the Amount of Premium Contributions Due by Banks under the Law on Bank Deposit Guarantee (LBDG).  In compliance with Art. 14, para 1 of the LBDG and Art. 2, para 3 of Ordinance No. 30 not later than 1 May 2025 BDIF Management Board will set the amount of the annual premium contribution due by each bank for 2025, taking into consideration its risk profile and the amount of covered deposits with that bank.  By 31 May 2025 according to Art. 14, para 5 of the LBDG member banks shall transfer to BDIF the annual premium contribution due.

All banks – members of the deposit guarantee system in Bulgaria, transferred within the statutory deadline of 31 May 2024 their annual premium contributions for 2024 totaling BGN 217,325,310 (EUR 111,116,667) to BDIF.

BDIF Management Board with a resolution of 15 March 2024 set the lump sum of the annual premium contributions due by the member banks to BDIF for 2024 at BGN 217,325,310 (EUR 111,116,667) according to the requirements of BNB Ordinance No. 30 on Calculation and Collection of Premium Contributions Due by Banks under the Law on Bank Deposit Guarantee (LBDG). In compliance with Art. 14, para 1 of the LBDG and Art. 2, para 2 of Ordinance No. 30 not later than 1 May 2024 BDIF Management Board will set the amount of the annual premium contribution due by each bank for 2024, taking into consideration its risk profile and the amount of covered deposits with that bank. By 31 May 2024 according to Art. 14, para 5 of the LBDG member banks shall transfer to BDIF the annual premium contribution due.

All banks – members of the deposit guarantee system in Bulgaria, transferred within the statutory deadline of 31 May 2023 their annual premium contributions for 2023 totaling BGN 199,859,767 (EUR 102,186,676) to BDIF.

In compliance with Art. 14, para 1 of LBDG and Art. 2, para 2 of Ordinance No. 30 not later than 1 May 2023 BDIF Management Board will set the amount of the annual premium contribution due by each bank for 2023, taking into consideration its risk profile and the amount of covered deposits with that bank. All banks – members of the deposit guarantee system in Bulgaria, transferred within the statutory deadline of 31 May 2022 their annual premium contributions for 2022 totaling BGN 188,607,938 (EUR 96,433,707) to BDIF.
