A regional conference ‘Financial Consumer Protection and Financial Literacy’ organized by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission and the World Bank was held in Sofia on 10 and 11 June 2014. In the session dedicated to deposit guarantee panelists were Mr. Jerzy Pruski, President of the International Association of Deposit Insurers and President of the Management Board of the Bank Guarantee Fund of Poland and Mr. Rossen Nikolov, Chairman of BDIF Management Board. Mr. Nikolov’s presentation featured ‘DIS Implications On Financial Consumer Protection’.
